Keith has over 6 years of experience in real estate and 30+ years in construction
and project management. Keith spent 24 years as an Operations Manager which
included (5) manufacturing industrial plant builds in (3) states from initial
planning, start-up, and through day to day routine production phases. Keith’s
responsibilities included P and L  accountability and management, HR duties including
hire, fire, and personnel management, safety and compliance, budgeting,
maintenance, and inventory control. Keith went on to start-up, own, and operate a
home inspection franchise in Florida and was a hands-on home inspector. Keith
obtained his North Carolina Real Estate License in 2019, his Florida Real Estate
License in 2021, and has been working in real estate since 2016 both as a home
inspector and real estate agent. Keith's experience in construction, management,
purchasing, quality, detail, home inspection and as a real estate broker adds
exceptional value to his clients.
